Our family moved to the Charlottesville area from Houston, Texas in 2000 and purchased our home at Lake Monticello. We actually live in the very first home we visited. We arrived in Charlottesville on a Saturday, looked at homes and wrote an offer on Sunday, negotiated the contract on Monday, inspected the house on Tuesday, and moved in on Wednesday.
I have been a licensed realtor since 1992 and earned my real estate broker’s license in 2004. I have been an associate at RE/MAX Assured Properties since February 2003.
In my 19 years of real estate, I have closed nearly 500 transactions, representing buyers and sellers.
